At Yoko Flex, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or accept returns for any products or services sold. Please ensure that your purchase meets your needs before completing your transaction.
No Refunds:
Once a purchase is completed, no refunds will be issued. This includes but is not limited to products, services, and digital goods.
No Returns:
We do not accept returns for any reason. All items sold are considered final sale.
Exceptions:
In the rare event that a product is defective or damaged upon receipt, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we will assess the situation. In such cases, we may provide a replacement or exchange at our discretion.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
